Who we are
Pentforge (“we”, “us”) is operated by Cyber Security RO SRL, Bucharest, Romania, EU. Data protection contact: office@pentforge.com.
What we collect
- Anything you send us through the contact form or by email (name, work email, company, message).
- Standard hosting request logs from our infrastructure provider — IP address and request metadata — kept only as long as needed for security and reliability.
Why we collect it, and for how long
Solely to respond to your inquiry and scope an engagement, and to operate this site securely. If no engagement follows, we delete enquiry data after 90 days. We do not use your information for advertising.
Where it’s processed
Form submissions are delivered through our email provider to our own mailbox. Our subprocessors today:

We don’t store personal data outside these providers today.
Cookie policy
We do not set advertising cookies and we run no ad network. Optional Google Analytics 4 may run only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the on-page notice, and only when the site operator has configured a measurement ID. Essential-only keeps the site working without analytics. You can change your mind by clearing site data for this domain.
Independently of analytics, your light/dark theme choice is saved in the browser’s localStorage (not a cookie - it never leaves your device and nothing on our servers ever reads it).
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or ask us to delete it — wherever you’re located. Write to office@pentforge.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If GDPR or CCPA/CPRA applies to you, that includes the rights those laws describe.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or “share” (as CCPA defines that term) your personal information, and there is no advertising network on this site.
Future products
As our hosted assessment product (pentforge.app) moves from planned to built, we will expand this policy to cover account and scan data before that feature goes live — not after.
