Need help with an engagement or a finding? Include the engagement reference so your request has context.
- Scoping new work
- Tell us which systems you own and what you need to understand. Testing needs written scope and verified ownership.
- An engagement problem
- Reply in your engagement thread, or email with the reference and what went wrong. Do not send passwords or sensitive evidence here.
- Questioning a finding
- Point to the finding and the reproduction step you want reviewed. Unconfirmed results must remain labelled unconfirmed.
- Re-testing a fix
- Describe the fix and ask to agree a re-test within your engagement scope.
